ORDER PROCESSING
Deja Marc facilitate two types of delivery with every order. The fingerprint kit & the final bespoke engraved Deja Marc jewellery.
After you place an order, the fingerprint / pawprint kit is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving an order and sent via Royal Mail (see timeframes below).
Once you send back the prints, and it is received by Deja Marc HQ, it will take 1 week for our team to engrave, polish, pack and complete your bespoke keepsake in our studio. This time frame doesn't include the return postage back to the final recipient. Please note, we will send you email communication at each step of the process.
UK ORDERS
our fingerprint kit and final engraved necklaces orders are sent with Royal Mail.
All Deja Marc customers will receive an email providing a tracking number and link to track once your order has been dispatched through Royal Mail post.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping service - Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Typically takes 2-3 working days.
Express shipping service - Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered the next working day (Mon-Fri) after dispatching.

Standard shipping = FREE (Including Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake)
Express shipping = £5.99 (Including Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, except China, Africa and the Middle East.
Your fingerprint kit and final engraved necklaces orders are sent with Royal Mail.
All Deja Marc customers will receive an email providing a tracking number and link to track once your order has been dispatched through Royal Mail post.
International Shipping costs vary accordingly and the costs includes the shipping of fingerprint kit & final keepsake if required.
Europe
Time Frame* = 3-5 working days
Standard Rest of the world Shipping = £9.99 (Includes Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake)
Rest of World
Time Frame* = 6-7 working days
Standard Rest of the world Shipping = £14.99 (Includes Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake)
Duty & import
Once the product leaves the UK, the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be the responsibility of the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, we advise you to call your local customs office to gain further details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As each individual Deja Marc piece of jewellery is bespoke and engraved to each individual customer requirements, the final necklace received cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your final keepsake, or on a rare occasion the keepsake is faulty or an error has occurred on its arrival, please review below conditions.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
If an error occurred, you accidentally placed an order, or you change your mind, you may cancel up to 24 hours after ordering, or before the fingerprint kit has been sent to you. A full refund will be provided for this option.
If you cancel an order after we have sent your fingerprint, we will refund you minus the cost of the fingerprint kit (£5).
Please note, adjustments cannot be made once the team have commenced production. If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please make them no later than the time you upload your final prints.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely scenario you receive goods which are damaged or faulty please contact us at info@dejamarc.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order along with an image of the damage and / or fault, and proof of order. Please note all items are clearly checked and packed prior to delivering.
Our Deja Marc team will review your claim and replace at our discretion based on an investigation.
