At Deja Marc, every piece of jewellery is made with uncompromising attention to detail. Diamond-engraved in our Hampshire studio, your jewellery is designed to be a lasting heirloom. Our warranty reflects this commitment, offering assurance on craftsmanship while clearly outlining the care required to preserve your piece for a lifetime.
6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty
Your Deja Marc jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects or faults in craftsmanship. If your jewellery experiences an issue with its structural integrity, such as a broken chain, loose setting, or faulty clasp, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
To make a claim, simply contact us here and provide:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number)
- A clear description and photos of the issue
What’s Not Covered
To ensure your jewellery stays in perfect condition, it is essential that our care instructions are followed. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, dents, fading, or changes in surface appearance over time if stored incorrectly.
- Tarnishing: Sterling silver and gold vermeil naturally tarnish when exposed to air, skin, and environment. With proper care this can be minimised, but it is not considered a fault.
- Accidental or Improper Damage: Including exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, or water.
- Loss or theft of your jewellery.
- Alterations or repairs performed by non-Deja Marc jewellers.
Important: Our pendants are designed to be worn individually on a chain. Wearing multiple pendants together on the same chain is strictly against our care guidelines and is not covered under warranty. Layering pendants will cause them to rub against one another, leading to scratching and possible damage to the engraving. This type of wear is considered misuse, and any resulting damage will be your responsibility.
