Returns Policy

Personalised Jewellery

As every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personalisation mistakes made at checkout. Please ensure all details, including fingerprints, handwriting, and engraving specifications, are correct before placing your order.

Changes To Your Order

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help. Our customer service team can make changes or add notes to your order within 24 hours of purchase, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need any adjustments.

If you need to cancel your order, whether due to an error, an accidental purchase, or a change of heart, you may do so within 24 hours or before your fingerprint kit has been dispatched. In this case, we will issue a full refund.

If your order is cancelled after the fingerprint kit has been sent, we will provide a refund minus the cost of the kit (£5.00). Please note that once production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, as each piece is uniquely crafted just for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and all jewellery undergoes strict quality control before being dispatched. Each piece is checked multiple times by different team members to ensure the highest standard.

Every piece of jewellery undergoes a manual approval process, where prints are carefully reviewed for clarity and precision before and after engraving. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please kindly include clear photos of the issue and a description of the fault.

Once assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. Please note that general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered faults.

Gift Cards

Please note that our gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase and can be used towards any item on our website.

Gift cards must be redeemed in full within their validity period, as any remaining balance will expire once the card reaches its expiration date. If you have any issues using your gift card or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
