We offer both Standard and Express delivery options through Royal Mail.

Each order includes two separate deliveries when a complimentary print kit is selected:

1. The Print Kit – dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
2. The Final Bespoke Jewellery Piece – engraved, polished, packaged and shipped within 1 week of receiving your approved prints.

Every item undergoes meticulous quality assurance checks before leaving our studio. Your parcel will be securely shipped with Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive email updates and tracking information at each stage of the process, so you can follow your order’s journey from creation to arrival.

United States of America

We offer Standard Shipping to the United States through Royal Mail, who partner with USPS for final delivery.

Each order includes two separate deliveries when a complimentary print kit is selected:

1. The Print Kit – dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
2. The Final Bespoke Jewellery Piece – engraved, polished, packaged and shipped within 1 week of receiving your approved prints.

Delivery to the United States typically takes 6–7 business days. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply, as all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Your order will include full tracking and email updates at every stage, so you can follow your bespoke piece’s journey from our UK studio to your doorstep.

International Orders

Our jewellery is loved globally, and we’re delighted to offer international delivery from the United Kingdom to most destinations around the world.

We offer Standard Shipping with Royal will then pass your order along to a local courier for final delivery. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, import duties or taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient.
