Returns & Shipping
Once you've placed your order, your fingerprint kit, if selected, ships within 24 hours from our Hampshire Studio, in the UK. After your prints have been uploaded and approved, your keepsake is crafted within 7 days.
Shipping times vary by country, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs duties and foreign taxes. Since these are imposed by the customer's country of residence, any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Complete your fingerprint kit and upload a photo via the QR code and instructions provided.
We'll engrave and personalise your jewellery at our Hampshire Atelier, with production taking approximately 7 days.

I used this necklace just one time to a dinner outing and placed it back in its box. And when I went to use it again some weeks later, I saw that it was looking rusted almost. like the gold peeled off. It is beautiful and sentimental but didn’t last me at all.

I absolutely am obsessed with my necklace. I got my daughter’s fingerprint and on the back I got her name and birthdate. Which you can wear both ways. I struggled a bit with getting a good fingerprint. However the DM team was extremely helpful and it was worth the wait.
United StatesNice necklace, however the engraving isn’t deep enough. I handed my sister the necklace and she said “you should get this engraved”. It was engraved, on both sides. Kind of disappointing.
