Returns & Shipping
Once you've placed your order, your fingerprint kit, if selected, ships within 24 hours from our Hampshire Studio, in the UK. After your prints have been uploaded and approved, your keepsake is crafted within 7 days.
Shipping times vary by country, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs duties and foreign taxes. Since these are imposed by the customer's country of residence, any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once you order your keepsake jewellery, we'll dispatch your free fingerprint kit within 24 hours of purchase.
Complete your fingerprint kit and upload a photo via the QR code and instructions provided.
We'll engrave and personalise your jewellery at our Hampshire Atelier, with production taking approximately 7 days.

We sadly lost my beautiful Mum in March and we wanted to have a necklace with her finger prints on. I made the order for 5 members of our family. We all wanted different styles etc. My mum also had a very fine print (all the years of peroxide in her hairdressing days!). So after querying it I was able to get the original print and the refined print on either side of the pendant. I dealt mainly with a lovely lady called Grace. She talked me through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. I will forever be grateful for the patience and understanding she showed me. When the pendants came they were beautifully presented and such lovely pieces. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again xx
