The duo fingerprint pendant looked exactly how it does on the website when it was delivered to me with my two sons’ fingerprints. I would recommend to this product to anyone and will most likely buy more products from Deja Marc in the future. The only negative part of my experience was sending in the fingerprints. You take a picture of the fingerprints on your phone but the instructions are somewhat ambiguous. I have to resubmit my pictures three times before they were accepted. The issue was that I was taking a picture of the whole fingerprint card that is included by Deja Marc, but I needed to zoom in on the fingerprints. This is not stated in the instructions OR the rejection emails, and the support rep I spoke with never mentioned this. I only figured it out by seeing example fingerprints that were sent to me. Overall, that was a minor hiccup and I would purchase again.

I had an outstanding experience during the whole process, which made the final piece so special. Losing those indelible bigger than life personalities (my father 1994 & my Mother in 2022) was emotionally something that although part of life, journeys I was not prepared for. I never thought I’d feel connected to them physically again but with Deja’s help, today I am. They were able to use european documents steaming back to the 1940’s/1950’s, taking care I was happy with their finger prints and their ever recognizable signatures. I didn't know it then but I was in expert hands throughout being looked after by Grace in Client Inquiries and Jess in Production. I’m a dusty gent now in my 50’s, sporting a dainty diamond necklace that once belong to my mom, on it I’ve place the Deja Marc-Duo Fingerprint pendant, that I wear proudly because for me it’s more than just a precious bijoux, its aided by giving me back a sense of the ones I once loved… that I still Love. Thank You so much!
